Spectacular 2014 - a new kick start.

Indescribable event! So inspiring yet really a kick-off for me to move to the next level. Herbalife announced as No. 1 in Malaysia and the World in meal replacement and weight management (source: Euromonitor International Limited; all retails channels, value sales at retailing price) and also the Fastest Growing direct selling company in Malaysia in 2012 (source: Euromonitor International Limited, retail sales, 2012).

Amazing achievement making me believe to stay strong with the company. Let's aspire and achieve guys. Have faith that we can do it. Let's leads Malaysia to a better health!

And I believe it wasn't me alone who is inspired.

HAHA.

I went to STS Shah Alam last weekend with my 2 guests.

There was one sharing from the guest speaker Mill Team Sharifah that attract me.

There is one women named Mary a singled-mother who is so poor. She lives near a church, which she often been found there praying for her wealth. Near to the church is a lottery shop. 

Every nights and days, Mary never failed to pray to her God.

"Ohh Lord, please give me some wealth. I need to fed my children. My life is so poor."

And day after day, she pray for some money to earn a living.

One day, Mary went to the town and met Lisa her closed friend.

Mary was stunned to see Lisa wearing a beautiful blouse that she really admired, but have no money to buy it. Mary meet Lisa with eagerness.

"Your cloths is so nice, where did you buy it?," asked Mary.

"I bought it at the mall. I want to wear this cloth while travelling to the State. It's school holiday by the way. Don't you like to join us Mary?" Lisa replied.

"You are going to the State? You sure have lot of money!"

"Yes, I just win the lottery!" said Lisa.

Mary went back to the church and pray to her God.

"Oh Lord, please give me some wealth like Lisa. I need to fed my children. My life is so poor."

And the next day she continue praying.

On the other week, Mary once again went to the town.

She was surprised to see John's restaurant is getting bigger.

"John, you sure have a lot of money to construct your shop," says Mary.

"Of course! I am so lucky. I just win a lottery! Maybe next time you'll be lucky too Mary," John replied.

Mary went back and day-dream that perhaps her turn to experience being wealth is so near as her closed friend's life nourish with wealthiness. 

Not forgetting to pray, Mary went to the church and pray to her God.

"Oh Lord, please give me some wealth like Lisa and John. I can feel my time where you will granted my wish is so near."

And the next day, on her way to church, Mary is shocked to see her neighbor park a car in front of the house. Mary without hesitation, went to her neighbor house.

"Peter, is that your car? You sure have a lot of money to buy it," asked Mary.

"Yes, I do. I just win a lottery!" said Peter

"What? You too win the lottery??" 

With fast paced, Mary went to the church and throw her anger to her God.

"I was praying to you all day long, but I get nothing! Why does you give wealthiness to those people they don't even went to church as often as me. I was here all the time, cleaning your church and pray from the dawn till the sunset. You are not being fair! I don't even been given chance to be rich and win the lottery," Mary burst out with madness.

Suddenly she heard strange voice out of nowhere whispered.

"HAVE YOU BUY THE TICKET?"

Whether in Mary case or in we Muslim context of life, Allah ask us to be hardworking, to seek for wealth through righteous means. Du'a with hard work has to be together for us to achieve our glory. 

Stop making resolution, start making action.

Global reach, Local touch.

Dealing with disable was commonly associated with the job of an occupational therapist. We empowers live through occupation because we believe nobody can go back and start the new beginning but anyone can start today and make new ending. 

And in conjunction of the World Occupational Therapy Day, we Malaysian OT decided to celebrate our very special day with everyone!

This is the first time our Malaysian is celebrating OT Day in an official event. We decided to bring on Occupational Therapy for children as our main theme for this very first celebration. A lot of fun activity will be provided! Come and join us, it is open to public and it is open to YOU!

Consultation from experts, screening for your child and also parents support group will be served on that special day. You also can have fun and participate in our therapeutic telematch and art & craft activity. Parents, sisters and brothers grab this golden chance, bring your kids to where they deserved.

A child has no trouble believing the unbelievable, nor the genius or the madman. It's only you and I with our big brains and our tiny hearts, who doubt and hesitate. Do you realize that?

So what else are you thinking? Just save the date!

MAP OTSCore 2013.

  I feel like it was an honored blogging about this congress. OTSCore was a 'something' to me. I witnessed the tremendous revolution of the event results from the students' passion and hard work. I remembered, the idea first come from 2011 ASMOT - Academic Symposium Of Malaysia Occupational Therapy Students : Pre-Eminence Findings. It was a one day event, considered as state level symposium. The participants consists of two organizations -UiTM and KSKB Sg. Buloh.

Well, at this time, I was appointed to be the moderator for research presentation. The strenuous work wasn't really flow in my veins. But, it was still something to be proud of. Seeing two different organization mingling together shared knowledge and skills, the amusement was something to be felt of.

The effort doesn't end that way, from state level we were moving to the national level. We welcomed not just students but clinician and experts from all over Malaysia. And my heart felt for this hard work. I was playing an important role as the part of the team, and we started 2012 OTSCore - Occupational Therapy Students' Congress : Metamorphosis in Occupational Therapy Practices with only 3 confront young women. Kak Ida and Afiqah K a.k.a Nyah, if you are reading this, I wish I could send you a bouquet of thankfulness, no words can described how much I loved to works with you guys and how I was indescribably happy to have such laugh and tears memorable moments with both of you.

MAP OTSCore was a success as we received not just participants but also speakers from other countries. Thank you for all your supports!

Well, this is the theme with the highest vote for the 11th Zero2Hero and sure everybody was so excited!

"Awak, what do you think I should wear? Baju melayu ke blazer ngan kemeja?" 

"Tapi I don't have sampin la."

"Kalau pakai blazer, which one do you think is better? Bow tie ke neck tie biasa?"

and his last question

"Awak nak pakai baju color putih ke hitam?" 

He was thinking on how smart will he dress up for the dinner and I was given only two choices - black or white. Well so sad, I don't have baju kurung of either both color.

"Kalau macam tu beli la satu."

Pffttttt.

And seriously we went to shops and boutique searching for white or black bridal dress! 

p/s: It wasn't easy to ask Esity for an outing or even shopping. I have tried for almost 4 years and we will never go out together unless we had things to settle on.

And we end up wearing this on the dinner night

This two guys end up wearing blazer but forget to bring their neck ties. 

 Back to the theme story, you see, everyone in the hall was wearing bridal dress with variety fashions and colors. Macam pesta pengantin dah dalam dewan tu! And my eyes was staring at people's dress and scanning on which dress that I am berkenan. Haha. It was exciting to see couples wearing wedding dress with kids holding their hands and baby on their arms. And there are Gen 2 (Herbalifers above 30 years old) couple who still holding hand wearing their past wedding dress. And to see the mommies who chit chatting on how they had lose weight and can fit their wedding gown.

Zero2Hero 11th edition.

Alhamdulillah, pulang dengan azam baru. It was so inspiring and motivating seeing ordinary people turn into success, and hearing their hardship make me realize my ujian wasn't so difficult. This is my 3rd Zero2Hero and seriously this is the best event ever! 

When I say its my 3rd times, maybe people will asked me curiously why you need to go sampai 3 kali?? Well, every time I prepared myself to event, I was searching for answers.

"How far can Herbalife bring me?"

"How big chances are for me to make my dreams come true?"

and the most important question that I desperately need the answer...

WILL IT BE POSSIBLE?

      And I believe, when you are clear on what you want, where to aim, you will have no doubt. Just like me, I am crystal-clear on my mission to help people for a better life and to change our nutritional habit. We do realize how alarming the global epidemic are right now, right?

We leads the obesity statistic in SE Asia. Malaysia Boleh!!!

I am becoming much stronger when I realize  I wasn't alone. And to quit is a never-exist word in my life's dictionary. It wasn't just me who have dreams and targets in life. It wasn't just me who want to be successful.  I was given a responsibility. There are people who rely on me, and their success are my concern. 

This is the 3rd time, yet the 1st time I'd brought people to this life changing event. This is my team, and we were just started. 

Don't judge us, our story is still being written, and one day, we will tell it to the world.

And finally it is MEGA Zero2Hero! Why does it called MEGA?

Because it will gather five thousand Herbalife distributors of the whole Malaysia! - before this the event was held separately according to divided region.

Upgraded to Malaysia-Asia Pacific congress for professionals, clinicians, practitioner and students. So it's going to be an international event!
